I am so pleased to have you on board as a member of the Mission: POSSIBLE community!
I want to begin by offering some helpful tips for navigating this platform and helping you to stay organized as you work through the course. I recommend that you bookmark the course in your browser and make note of your username and password somewhere safe. This way, you can gain access to the course at any time. If you lose your password or need to reset it, you can navigate to the “My Account” page to reset it. When you click “Login,” click the “Lost Your Password?” link under the login button. From there, you will enter in your email so a link can be sent to you to reset your password.
Course progression, the course has seven sections, each of which is broken down into lessons that contain specific topics (course pages). Each section builds on prior learning, so we recommend you move through the topics in each lesson in order.
I would also like to briefly preview some key course elements before you begin:
Course Resources: Throughout the course, you will encounter two types of resources, both denoted by a special icon. One type is the kind you can download or copy digitally and will want to save in a safe place since you’ll be using these throughout the course. The other are hyperlinks to resources outside of the platform for you to explore at your own pace.
Your Turn Activities: These are activities sprinkled throughout the course, also denoted by a special icon, to facilitate the application of your learning to your particular context.
Discussion Forums: You will notice a few discussion forums throughout the course. We encourage you to respond to the included prompts knowing that our trainers are regularly in the course and will respond when appropriate. Please know, however, these forums are meant to serve as places of support, not direct training advice.
Bonus Listens: Throughout the course, you’ll notice some “Bonus Listens”. While we encourage you to engage with all course content, please know that anything labeled “bonus” is just that – a chance to go deeper if you’d like.
Bonus Tips: These are synthesized tips to help you prioritize the next section.
Mission POSSIBLE Contact Form: You will find this form throughout the course. If you need a little more support than can be provided in the course, this form is available to fill out to connect you with a CSAT.
