Welcome to Section 1 of Mission POSSIBLE, and to the course! Before you begin, I want you to know that separation anxiety is treatable, and we are so glad you are here and trusting us to support you and your dog in this journey – you will not be alone! 

Section 1 includes important information about how to navigate the course and best set you and your dog up for success as you move through it. We recognize you may have some questions about whether this course feels like the right next step for you in helping your dog become comfortable with alone time, which is why the first lesson is freely available to you.

By the end of this section, you’ll be able to: 

• Understand how to navigate the course and what to expect as a learner in it. 
• Answer some of our most frequently asked course questions. 
• Identify and set a personal goal (or two) for embarking on this journey with your dog.
